In the fall of 2020, we worked in collaboration with Astound to redesign LifeFitness.com along with HammerSrength.com (one of the brands that falls under the Life Fitness Family of Brands.) The process took a little over 6 months to settle on designs and layouts and continues to be a work in progress as we’re constantly reworking pages based on user testing and experience feedback.
Our most important goal for the project was to create a journey for our customers that allowed them to easily see how the Life Fitness Family of Brands can provide them with all the equipment from strength to cardio to accessories that work together to outfit and customize their spaces in a way that fit each of their specific needs. Second to this, but almost as important, the website needed to clearly give customers options for product comparisons and all the tools they needed to make important decisions about the right purchases for them.
